The core of crime in the Hollow World, this is a place where all sorts of criminals tend to gather. While it generally deals more with larceny, all are welcome as long as you don’t crap where you eat, as they say. We arrived to find Kincaid and, while we were here, found a crime druid to help us make Axamonar have a more suitable form.
Of note, there are people called “Whitehats” (so-called as they wear all white) that are left alone as they maintain the city. They are the civil workers.
