A higher level man in the Warhawks. We initially saw him in Session 058 in The Wandering Vault. He’s not big enough to be known by the likes of Sage Axamonar.
He’s a rather grim fellow, and doesn’t like us very much.
He’s the leader of the Warhawks here in Jewel, but does not have much power outside of the city.
