This is a group of orcish nationalists that want to see Usval always in a state of war. They believe that when you die in battle you will go to heaven.
He gave a display of cutting himself so that he bled in the middle of a crowd. The blood coalesced into a face, declaring that he’s Gruumsh and then demanding who summoned him. Rohan recognized that it was a demon pretending to be Gruumsh, unrelated to Taraaq.
