From Emerick’s research: Kade has an interesting past. He grew up in a corpo family and very quickly started working within the family company. The company started as a talent agency, and his family was very prolific in the greater entertainment space. However, the last decade or so things have been a bit turbulent. With a lot of the more recent things happening - namely the 2022 bombing - a lot of the entertainment that people absorbed beforehand was phased out and there’s a new surge of entertainment media. People are doing far more darker takes, grittier movies, and using their artistry to speak out against everything happening in a very, very direct way to the megacorporations. Kade works for a corp - not a megacorp - so they’re a smaller talent agency, by quite a bit. Emerick’s seen that his company’s worth about a hundred million, so he’s a rather small player in how everything is handled. He’s had a pretty good track record: some losses here and there, some wins. He definitely has experience in all aspects of the entertainment industry: movies, short films, music, etc. He personally oversees film and music. He hasn’t had a significant project for about six years.
