Class: Fixer
Works out of The Glen. Rumored to be nearing cyberpsychosis. He was the one that procured bodies for the scavs to part and sell. He is completely borged out and has four arms and is just huge and spooky in general. The most borged out person after Adam Smasher himself, a very controversial figure.
Appearance:
- 7’0” tall
- Four arms

Emerick Meeting Him (Session 029)
We learn that Mr. Steele and Charley have some sort of history - Emerick personally writes it off as likely just Charley knowing one of the local fixers and nothing deeper than that.
Mr. Steele took notice of Emerick, commenting that he must have made a splash for people as illustrious as Phoenix and Charley to know him. Emerick could barely stammer out a response, and Mr. Steele was amused by the clear fear that Emerick had of him in this moment. He tells Emerick to let him know if he ever needs any work.
Public Address (Session 030)
It is worth noting that Audun Bredall mentioned that the NCPD will be using Mr. Steele’s knowledge of the city as a fixer to collect information regarding cyberpsycho attacks and activity.
- Phoenix mentions that this is really stinky because a fixer doing this is kind of a breach in client/fixer confidentiality. Additionally, he’s giving the information to the police, which is just salt in the wound at this point.
Emerick directly asked Mr. Steele if this cyberpsychosis initiative is a ploy to take out the competition and expand his own territory.
- Both tied in a facedown, with a score of 18
- There is an uncomfortable staredown between the two as the crowd fell silent, waiting for either side to break.
- Mr. Steele responds that he has no need to ruin his reputation just to grab territory. He’s not doing this for his own personal gain, but to see people safe.
- Emerick can tell he’s seething during this, and that he likely kicked Steele’s pride.
- Phoenix mentions to Emerick that she could tell that Emerick stumbled onto at least part of the truth when he asked this question.
